Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of personal information held in Theravalon without creating an account. This page describes a manual, verified request process; there is currently no automatic deletion callback or self-service account-deletion button.

1. Contact the business you messaged, or email the platform contact below with the subject ‘Theravalon data deletion request’.
2. Identify the business/workspace and the relevant Instagram/Facebook username, phone number or account email. Explain whether the request concerns a conversation, customer record, connected account or your platform account. Do not send your password, verification codes or API tokens.
3. We check the identity and authority of the requester before locating and removing the appropriate records. Additional proportionate confirmation may be needed to avoid deleting another person's data.
4. We coordinate the request with the business responsible for its records and explain completion, any information retained for legal/security reasons and applicable provider-backup limitations. Requests are handled under the time limits required by applicable law.

Removing Theravalon's access in Meta's business integrations or connected-app settings does not automatically delete previous conversations. Request their deletion as described above. Theravalon cannot delete the original messages or records held independently by Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or other providers; use those services' own controls for those copies. A request is not submitted merely by opening this page or clicking an email link: send the email or contact the business.
